Welcome to Canberra Wellness Exchange – a small slice of Canberra, connecting the community through a rich culture of wellness and skill share. Through our weekly schedules of sessions and classes, we foster conversation, skill development, and support the well-being of Canberra during Covid-19 restrictions.

Through our classes offered, we strive to support self-care for children, adults, and families, bringing a sense of routine back into the lives of those who need it, and creating an exciting outlet for expression for individuals with loaded days. Community connection is essential right now, and we’d love to foster a sense of community support, while supporting mainstream services.

Through this group we hope you’ll join us in a selection of free online weekly classes and sessions hosted by Canberra locals – who will draw from their own skillset and expertise to encourage us to develop, create, and discuss during quarantine.

About Us

We are a small group of Canberrans, hoping to unite our community through skill share, supporting wellness, and fostering new connections.

We acknowledge the First Nations people as the rightful custodians of Australian land, and pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging. This always was, and always will be Aboriginal land, and we recognise that sovereignty was never ceded.
