I have been sharing yoga with Canberra students since 2013. I offer a gentle yoga alternative including yin and restorative yoga, gentle flow and functional movement, integrating meditation and mindfulness into every class. I am passionate about sharing simple and creative movements and postures that feel good and are accessible to everyone. In my classes I help you connect mind, body and breath to come home to the present, and experience deep relaxation and ease. I hope you experience blissful moments of freedom from worry, doubt and distraction. This is what yoga has given me and why I want to share it with others.
