About Jemima

Jemima Beaumont is a professionally registered Arts Psychotherapist (ANZACATA) in private practice in Canberra. Her practice is called Sacred Space Arts Therapy and she works with children and teens to support them to build social skills, find adaptive strategies to work with their anxiety and depression and to develop their confidence and self-esteem. Jemima also works with adults to support them to recover from trauma, understand their experiencing and find more adaptive and empowering ways of being in the world. Jemima uses the arts as a way to gently explore experiencing and to bring to light to that which was felt, but previously unknown.
